I ordered on 6th of feb for a delivery on valentine’s day. Mailed them continuously, no reply. Called them continuously and got the same response again n again- as it is a courier product, it will get delivered few days prior or later. On 13th I again called and got to know it was not even shipped, so after so much I mailed them to cancel my order as no point delivering later than 14th. I have to shop for the things by making an extra effort in the local shops.
Wait there is more.To my shock, I got a mail on 15th that your order is shipped. wat the hell? Are you kidding me? Still after calling and mailing, I am not getting any reply now. A new request id is getting created every time I am mailing them and that too is sytrem generated.
Pathetic awful experience. Cheaters is what ill say. Only People who are foolish enough will order through them. 0 star I would give
