Horrible horrible company! I have been sending gifts to my family in India for years. This time I decided to go with FnP and I am so disappointed! I ordered a bonsai plant online after confirming with the customer service if the plant was real.
The website description never mentioned if the plant was artificial or real. The customer service representative claimed he called the seller and confirmed it was real. But my mom got her gift today and it is nothing bu an ugly highly plastic plant. Being an avid gardener there is nothing in the world my mom hates more than fake plants. I can’t believe I ended up with such a nasty gift for her thanks. And the customer service is now telling me they sent me a real plant and I need to send them proof that it is fake! For crying out loud! What kind of morons work here!
