I have previously ordered about 3 years ago with fern-n-petals and had good experience.
But recently I made orders for 2 items. The first one quality was really bad when I complained they didn’t care about it, they said that’s how it is.
The 2nd one it came delayed than the occasion I ordered it for, so I returned it. But I didn’t get money back even after 2 months, I am sending multiple emails but no response from them.
I would never go back to fern-n-petals and I strongly urge you no to shop with ferns-n-petals, the worst experience.
