I had ordered a DIY Haworthia kit for Rs 1799/- to be delivered to a friend to congratulate her on a very special occasion on 9th September.
The kit was to contain the plant, a pot, soil, pebbles and 2 musical Buddha figurines.
First of all the parcel was delivered on the 8th - WRONG DATE.
Then, they SENT ONLY THE PLANT. Nothing else that I had paid for.
This really made me look cheap to my friend .
Will never order from these cheats again!
Also their site makes it difficult to register a complaint. I tried. It kept asking for specific query, even though I was being very specific!
