The company claims to deliver gifts in India and 60 other countries. One would like to use their services for sending gifts to their friends/relatives or loved ones and of course this certainly will have a lots of emotions. Actually, they play with the emotions of people when they take the money and don’t deliver. It happened with me very recently when I bought a birthday cake to be delivered in Kanpur. Before placing the order, I checked the site and it confirmed the delivery to the pin code. On the day of delivery, the delivery guy called and said to come and collect the cake as he can not deliver. The real struggle started after that when I tried to contact their customer service. I tried both by phone and by chat. Horrible experience with chat. Finally, someone could spoke to me and said we will certainly help you out but within 5 minutes I got a message that my order is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances. The refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days. Shameless guys, they even did not give me full refund, instead they deducted the convenience charge. Guys, with my experience, please please don’t ever use this site for any gifts delivery because it does not only hurt you financially, mentally but most importantly emotionally because when someone think of sending any gift to anyone, it is not only the gift but the emotions.
