I had ordered for a bunch of flowers type VX15 - ’’Chocolaty Love - for my valentine’’ from fernsandpetals.com. As I reside in Hyderabad now, I thought of ordering the flowers online from their website. I had ordered from the website vide order no. 76266. I had put the time of delivery as 7:30am for 14th Feb. The same did not reach till late night yesterday (14th feb).
I had to make atleast 50 calls to various people of their organisation including the franchisees to find out abt the status of my order. After repeated calling from Hyderabad, spending a fortune on STD, finally the product was delivered at 11:40 at night. I am glad it made it on the Valentines Day atleast. It wasted my entire day tracking my order which troubled me emotionally as flowers not just reflect the look but they carry the emotional value you have for the one you sending them to.
I had trusted Ferns and Petals to be a professional in the Flower industry but to my sad discomfort, its not the reality. The flowers and the cake which reached last night, looked as if the same was purchased from a local flowerist nearby my beloved’s place. The flowers were not the same as shown in the photos on the website while ordering. The cake was not at all the same.
It was a plain chocolate cake while the picture on the website shows a chocolate cream cake. I am glad atleast the message that I had to sent was not tampered with. I assure you that this was my last order with Ferns and Petals and the I will never trust them again. I am also going to tell all my friends and family about my experience with them and shall advice them not to use FNP’s service ever.
