Product quality was good, I ordered black forest cake for my daughter’s birthday. My experience with customer service person on call friendly and he tried his best to answer my questions, quite impressive and reply of my E-mails was prompt. Delivery site was in Greater Noida.
It is quite far but reached 30 min before the given time slot 9 AM-6 PM. My suggestion is to make two time slots for Gr NOIDA area like 9 AM- 1 PM and 1 PM- 6 PM.
