I want to say one thing if you all have to be happy on the occasion day don’t order any thing from ferns and petal I have ordered on 1.01.2015 for the flowers for my brother anniversary chennai but what I have selected they have not sent after paying the full money.
When I asked them they will tell different stores take a photo mail to us we will check the flower and we will see who has delivered we are paying the 3 times the more money compared to another florist I would like to tell everyone don’t trust the ferns and petals name it is horrible it is waste of time after you book you have to run from pillar to post and every thing will go in vain.
When you call to the executive to avoid the call they will disconnect the call when you are line I tried call more the 7 times this what happened so I don’t want any one to get cheated by the people after give you hared earned money for the happy occasion because when you send the flower you cant ask for the photos hence he is my brother I was able to know cheating work done by ferns and petals.For the proof I am attaching the photo of what we have Booked and what they have sent.
