I would like to question to FNP, what is the cost of emotions in their view? The answer which I have come to know is NOTHING!. Despite of the fact that they are in a business of selling emotions, it is a fact they do not pay heed to your emotions at all. Once you pay them … You forget everything nothing shall happen after that. My story goes as follows:-
My first experience of fnp.com was in Feb 2009. My fiancé birthday was approaching & I wanted to send some gift to her(remember … this was just 15 days before we got married) I wanted to show my affection and give her a surprise by send the gift so I booked the gift on fnp well in advance hoping that this would be delivered on time. Guess what … It was delivered @ 8:30 PM L. Can you guess what would have been my state. The edifice of my emotions was shattered in to pieces and all I could do was just be silent observer without being able to do anything. That was the day I decided “I SHALL NEVER USE FNP IN MY WHOLE LIFE”.
This is not all. After an year on 21st I thought of sending a gift to my sis on “Rakshabandhan” so this time I thought FNP might have improved by now so let’s give them another try. I booked a gift on 21st. I was delighted when we received SMS that the shipment which was supposed to be delivered on 24th was delivered on 23rd itself. So I rang up my sis to find out the next day to know her opinion about the same. To my surprise ….she DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING L.
For 3.5 hours I kept on trying to reach fnp to ask them to find put to whom have they delivered?
I could not reach them L I wrote a mail . to which I never got any reply till date L. I all my anger and frustration was at its summit but I could not do anything. Finally on 25th when finally I could reach fnp I was told, “my gift was a courier gift and it was dispatched from out place & it shall reach to the recipient after 10 days, & since they have given to courier people they send me the message”, I asked why has this not been motioned at the time of booking which claimed for next day delivery, they had no reply. Guys you’ll be surprised to know it reached on 30th L
Tulsidas wore in RamCharitraManas “Ka barsa sab krishi sukhane” I.e what is the use of the rains after the sowing season is over with draught? I want to ask what is the use of something if they cannot deliver them on time?
