However I guess everyone screws up once but then if you are into a Ecommerce and service business you have to have some clear rules.
In this case it was Teddy day and Chocolate day and guess your product team cracked it awesomely; devise a cute gift that time deprived husbands would find for their wives; trusting that fnp.com never fails atleast for him.

Stinky broken cover; a used teddy and chocolates that I bet you wont even touch not if you are on a lonely island with nothing to eat.
I might be sounding too dramatic but please be aware that I called your so called customer care dept and what they told me is that I would have to wait for your vendor to redeliver it and I dont get a refund! So by this it means I will get it delivered to myself nexty year before valentines again?

Not with standing I ordered some cake and flower for valentines day: and guess what you screwed up again; I think my niece can make a better cake than that.
Guys seriously? what are your standards? Have they fallen so low?
