Customer Service is not reliable, always wanting to closed the ticket without accommodating my concerns.
Delivery Service put the status of the order to wrong address without contacting the recipient and eventually they told me that the item is perishable, but they’re customers service doesn’t care at all don’t know if just people, management or organization. I just wasted my time and money cause nothing happen.
