Horrible service - made huge claims, messed up the committed delivery and are now unwilling to refund the small amount of Rs1999/-. Use this company at your own risk. They say they deliver stuff - but in reality they deliver nothing. The customer support mechanism is non existent - no replies to mails. I placed an order on Mother’s Day for the delivery of a cake and flowers to my mother in Bangalore.
Order number - OR-14939430. The flowers were delivered and the cake was not. I sent 3 emails to your support team and there was no response. Finally I called the support telephone number from where I am in the US (Portland, OR) and spoke for 20 minutes with Mr Sachin Raghav and Mr Honey (supervisor) and was told in a dismissive way that the max that can be done is to refund the cost of the cake. I asked for a refund of the whole amount of Rs1999 as a cost of the bad service and was told that this is not possible.Pathetic service!!! Liars
