Really pathetic service!!
For order 701195040, I had ordered stuff worth 1100 rs. which included a basket of fruits for my dad’s birthday. I realized later that they would be at my sis’s place. I called the helpline and changed the shipping address. Here are some aspects for which no one should ever order from these guys:
In the call center, I could hear after work plans, of course the rep was not paying any attention what so ever
I received message saying the order was delivered, when it was not even delivered
My dad called to inform that the shipment was sent to the original address not to the modified one
The delivery guy told him that he could either leave at the doorstep or at a neighbours but would not take it back
The call center insisted that the delivery was made to some Ms. Gayatri, whom we had no info about
After 20 mins of hold, I was informed that the modified address was in the notes but no one informed the vendor
How unprofessional can anyone get. Place order with these guys at your own risk. I will never ever do this mistake again!!
