It is my parent’s anniversary today. I had placed an order for "Feeling Of Gaiety" bouquet. This is supposed to come with 10 yellow flowers, 500 gms almond and 500 gms cashew. I had put an order for this between 8am-12 pm.
Without informing me they changed delivery time from 8am - 12 pm to 12-3 pm.
They didn’t deliver the gifts within 3pm and delayed by another 2 hours.
Wrong product was sent. They were supposed to send 500 gms of cashew and 500 gms of almond. Instead they gave 100 gms of cashews only. You never make the opposite mistake.
They didn’t even deliver the right product after the complaint as promised. They said that they will replace it ASAP with the right product but even till the end of the day no replacement has been done.
The delivery guy threw the plastic bag in which he had brought the bouque right outside my flat as if it was a trash place.
This is the shittiest service ever that I have seen.
I had spent the entire day calling them. I stay outside India and spent a lot of money on international calls.
I would never suggest anyone to order anything from here. It is equivalent to ruining your day and not giving great surprises to friends and family as predicted.
