Please rethink before going for a FnP service. As I faced so many problems :I have booked a bouquet and chocs to be delivered on 14 Feb.(as I agreed to terms n conditions that it can’t be delivered any specific time but will be delivered on the same day between 9 - 7 ).
Problem arises here :
They take recipients address and mobile no. but they don’t confirm vendor (to which delivery task is assigned ) has delivered the product to recipient at that day (at least they should confirm by calling recipient about the order delivery).
call center doesn’t picks and u have to do many calls to resolve a query (they don’t bother to reply to customer if u have placed a query with bad review too). (I spent 100 rs calling customer care)
Even with these conditions the delivery is done only partially.(only bouquet without chocs has been delivered on 15 Feb not on 14 as they committed).Very poor service to customers and I won’t suggest anyone to take Fnp service in future.
