I ordered a cake for my wife’s birthday. I got it delivered on 12.06.2014 at around 4pm.
The quality of the cake was horrible. I paid something around Rs.750/-. But the cake is not worth even Rs.250/-. And I mentioned that the "Message on the Cake" should be "Happy birthday my love". But it was written : "Best Wishes". Altogether the quality of the cake is too bad. A company working with a margin of 300% cannot withstand in the market and continue to cheat people like this. This is my first and last order with Ferns N Petals. I didn’t want to spoil my mood on my wife’s birthday. Otherwise, I would have called CC and blasted.
