If you are planning to surprise someone never choose fern n petals. Especially if you are time bound. I recently order a cake for my friend’s birthday and paid extra 200 bucks for specified time delivery i.e., 1pm to 2pm. I called them at around 1: 20 just to check the status they said that it will be delivered before 2pm. I again called them at around 1: 45 then they said that the customer has to wait till the upper time limit then only they can do something. I received their call at 1: 56 that he is standing at the entrance so I ran all the way to the entrance but there was no one with my cake so I called on that number again so the person told me that delivery person will reach there in 15 mins. I waited there for exact 45 mins and called them many times and finally I received my cake at 2: 45. All my surprise was spoilled and they did nothing not even apologised just gave an excuse that the cake was ruined so they had go replace it.
