I order a gift for my college friend from Ferns N Petals.
Order was not delivered in time so I called customer care for enquiry.
Then I got to know delivery boy was not able to find an address.
a) Delivery boy should have called if he is not getting an address.
b) The delivery service is outsourced for gifts. Their policy says that there will not be any call prior to the delivery, order can be delivered a day prior or after an estimated delivery date and some has to be there to receive an order.
Is it realistic?
So what is expected exactly? In worst case do we have to stay home for 3 days and wait for an order till it gets delivered?
c) If my order was failed to delivered and they wanted some more information then they should have informed me. When I called them then they changed order status to request for a landmark.
I had to call my friend and ask whether he received any parcel or not. It already spoiled my surprise.
d) There is no easy way to change an order information like recipients name, mobile number, address etc. we have to do call them manually, either we have to call or message. Cant they provide an UI for the same?
e) They always give some copy paste response. And most of the time irrelevant also.
