I’ve ordered first time from ferns and petals and have been completely blown away by the service and quality. I read lots of horror reviews about ordering flowers online that claims that what you order is not what you get from ferns and petals but I must say that that is completely wrong.
What you see on the website is exactly what the recipient will get. I’ve uploaded some photos to prove this point on their Facebook page.
They always have deals going on. Certain types of flowers will be on sale, or seasonal bouquets, or sometimes they’ll double the size of the bouquet for free. My only complaint is that your customer support number takes so much of time to connect with and respond.
