This is the biggest scam in today’s time for delivering goods. I had selected a few items and put it in my cart, there were 3 people who called me to complete the order. I completed my order choosing a delivery time of 8 am to 3 pm and their team just changed it to 6pm without my knowledge, I tried reaching out to them for 5 hours to get a resolution by which time the time of delivery 6pm was achieved. they force people to place orders and gave the guts to claim they deliver on time, of course they can as they just change the delivery time. I have decided to place a complaint in the consumer forum for this fraud and would welcome if anyone wants to join in. this complaint is to spread the news of these frauds and not let people be fooled in the future.
