I ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine’s day (as I was away) to FnP. I made online payment though the payment cleared I didn’t get confirmation from FnP. So I emailed them after speaking to their executive who asked me to email on query@fnp.com.
They replied promptly that they have received the payment and they will deliver on 14th Feb.
My wife received flowers on 14th 11.30 am. I received sms confirming the delivery and of course my wife called me as well.
So overall, I’m satisfied and will continue to avail of their services.
