Millions of Indian Trust Ferns and Petals to be an extension of their emotions and feelings for their loved ones .which brings us to one question
Whats is the cost of an Indian citizens emotion for his family member? Do you any remote idea about this?
I am sorry to say not only there is a service provider who doesn’t have even an Iota of idea about this human endowment the responsibility which comes along with it .they even have the audacity to contact this senior couple and ask them to wait and not go anywhere as they are on their way to deliver the package of love and emotions their children have sent to their way.
What can any parent to do once told this . they waited and waited from 3:30 and time simply kept passing and finally when the children called them at 10:00 pm asking where they went out to celebrate and how did they like the gift you get to hear
"Dear Child we are waiting for your gift to come we cancelled all our plans for today just because of that"
Can you imagine the state of a child’s mind hearing this from their parents, now the bitter Irony of the situation is that the children were in touch with the customer care and were told they are charged with a premium for the services further when they call to confirm about the delivery they were informed not to worry and assured delivery will be made a bit late due to rains but nevertheless it will be made for sure, now the present when you contact the service provider "They have the audacity to lie to you upfront that they had contacted the couple and told them they wont be able to come and not stop here further state that they were ok with it and have asked to deliver the next day "
What you have to appreciate is the unity amongst these thieves as even after writing a mail you get the same lie told to you upfront and when all means fail and you call the customer care even their supervisor states the same old lie.
My question is this just because this is India and we are Indians why do any service provider get away with all their lies and incompetency and uttermost disgusting behavior towards the customer and their emotions are we really cheaper by dozen? Would the staff and service provider behaved the same way if it were a foreign National . Do you think that the same thing could have been pulled off in USA or UK? Not in this lifetime
Oh I forgot to mention the Oder No: 701913621 and complaint reference number/ticket is 472016 is unfortunately you are the service Provider dear Ferns and Petals.Kudos for ruining one of the most memorable days of an elderly couples life .don’t worry you don’t have to cause this is India and we are Indians and you can do whatever you feel like to us and our emotions without any worry of any remorse or fear of consequence.
