This is to inform you that my order no. is 17278630,
which was placed on 25th July for a friend which was not delivered and was not even informed that the order wont be delivered.
The very next day the manager informed that order will be delivered by EOD but still the order was not delivered and again was not informed.
My friend waited the whole day for the surprise but u people failed at ur commitment..
Next day when I asked about my order they told whole order has been cancelled and again not informed me.
SIMPLY A CASE OF Harassment...
Torture, failure...!!!
I have been asking everyday for my refund they are telling me it will take 7 to 10 days and it has been initiated.
When I asked for transaction ID today ypur customer care executive Nikkita Panwar told that she will share a mail, which is not done yet.
Previously I spoke to Komal Gusain, tanya sharma and floor managers but your staff is not able to give me any solution and simply wasting my time.
