I ordered a valentine bouquet which was supposed to include a teddy bear and chocolates. The chocolates never got delivered, so when I called them they asked me to send an email to their customer care department. Two days 6 emails and 2.5 hours on the phone talking to their staff, they are not even sending me an acknowledgement to the email or resolving the issues.
Two working days later they are saying that they will co-ordinate with the vendor and send my chocolates, Its like sending your cake after your birthday party. PLus when I pushed them for a refund they saythat they will revert back on refund after 3 days, which is basically trying to buy time and shun me for another 3 days. I then asked them to send me an email stating that they will process a refund from their email ID, they put me on hold for 45 mins and finally I had to cut the call.
No email came today.
