Absolutely HORRIBLE service and customer support

I had the worst experience in any online service provider with Ferns N Petals and their customer support is totally useless.


I used FernsNPetals for delivering a bouquet of flowers on Mother’s day and placed the order for two days in advance. I kept checking online the status of order and saw it move from "vendor identified’ to ’vendor accepted’ until mid afternoon. Though the day was progressing fast, I was hoping the flowers would be delivered during the "day". The status did not change until 5:30 and I started to loose my patience. Then the worst part of the ordeal started. Dealing with their good-for-nothing customer service.


My first call was met with a response "I would get back in 10 minutes". That, of course, never happened. Second call, at around 6 was transferred and then a lady tried to put up a lot of accent in getting the status, but for sure could not provide any information. All she had to say was "I am sorry". When I told her that her sorry does not help and they are not doing their bloody job - she was offended. Next call around 7:15 pm was met with a response "will get it done in half an hour" and disconnected the line even while I was talking. I ended up spending lot of money making calling up their useless customer service line but that did not help.


Later in the night, I even trying adding their helpfnp id to yahoo chat and gtalk and even that did not work. Post 9 PM, the number was also unreachable. My feedback on their website generated an auto reply, but since then, there has been no action on that! I am totally frustrated!


Next day, I checked with my mother and she had an equally harried experience with the vendor who was to deliver the flowers. After having called up around 8 PM for the delivery, he reached after 9 PM and had the most unpleasant behavior. He also mentioned that the price of the flowers (why did he have to) and it turned out to be 50% of the price I paid.
