I sent a gift to my best friend through ferns and petals, a bouquet of flowers and a cake. The flowers were wilted and the cake tasted stale!
The bouquet was not the model I chose from the website. Some cheap flowers bound with some cheap ribbon. When installed the customer care, mthey said that they only have those flowers, so they delivered it. What the hell! Then why did they accept the payment 10days in advance!
And to top it they delivered them at 11:00pm in the night. The most embarrassing gifting moment in my life.Worst service for the highest price. Avoid this stupid company. I would have given it 0 stars if it is allowed.
