We ordered customized anniversary combo at 8am in the morning with max delivery time 9pm. Yet it wasn’t delivered. Delivery idiot delivered it after 10pm at some random location without even contacting my friend (the recepient). Later whenmy friend came back after celebration, anniversary combo was nowhere to be seen and then these support fools had no clue whatsoever.
Luckily my friend knew manager at FnP and that guy arranged delivery but all items weren’t same. Anyhow whole point of sending anniversary gift was lost as they didn’t get it by 9pm and had to buy on their own plus gift was lost as well.
These guys have no accountability at all, forget about the emotions.
NEVER GOING TO ORDER AGAIN. INFACT I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ORDER FROM ZOMATO/SWIGGY.
