Once I Ordered A fresh flower bokeh, sweet and a small note( scroll) .it was to be delivered at 4 pm on next day everything was going fine I paid through my credit card next day they contacted me at 3 Pm and said sorry we can’t deliver at 4 pm because delivery boy is not available so we will deliver at 9 pm sorry and all formalities they completed.
And the note they have attached with that bokeh was written by ball pen with poor handwriting I was ashamed. I had planned a surprise for someone but that was not and probably a sign of worse planning.
Their Price was too high you can assume I am attaching bill to this review. I would love to slap their manager they put only descent pictures on their website for attracting people. I just want to know why they can’t clear at the time of booking they won’t be able to deliver their on time another thing they don’t have cash on delivery option. I have much more thing to say like their care services product quality everything is cheap.
