I am highly disappointed with the service and the quality of flowers delivered to my mother they just dint look even close to what I had ordered. They delivery happened at 7PM which wasn’t even informed. I have attached the picture of flowers delivered to her and I need an explanation to why was this done and a compensation for the emotional loss I had.
This is disgusting to know how you guys deal with bulk orders, under no circumstances can you compromise with quality. I am just not happy about it and I want a resolution to this immediately.
