Extremely disappointed in Ferns and Petals service. Ordered a bouquet for my loved one on her anniversary, more than 24 hours in advance. I knew I was not going to have time that day because of a work commitment, and therefore did not mind paying a premium for what I thought would be reliable.
The amount was deducted from my account the same day. The bouquet, however, did not arrive on the day of the anniversary or the day after that. When I finally called the customer services team they tried to convince me that I had not placed any orders that day. When I insisted that I had, they acknowledged that there was a technical error, and if I told them what I had ordered, they would deliver it.
Can a company like ferns and petals, that claims that they "leave no stone unturned to get smiles on their customers faces", not realise that an occasion missed for a loved one goes beyond financial losses? The best they could come up with after I spend a lot of time talking to them, was a refund of the amount. That, unfortunately, does not convey my best wishes for my loved one in time at all. From now on. I would much rather rely on flipkart / amazon for a gift instead. There is no point in paying the premium that fnp demands, if they are as unreliable and unaware of customer sentiments as this.
