I did not research flower delivery services in hyderabad. Therefore I found them. I am in US and I ordered something to be delivered on my parent’s anniversary.
Friends and family had an elaborate plan which was to surprise my parents at midnight with the cake and have them cut it.
But they delivered the cake, balloons, flowers etc an hour and half late ruining all our plans and ruining all the celebrations! Thanks a lot for your late delivery!
Thanks for promising something, taking my money and then frustrating me to not end. Great service. NOT.
Their customer care is absolutely horrific. I was on phone with them three times, dailing from US to India! Each time they would speak rudely and unprofessionally and would not address my concerns or even fake sympathy. They would make things up as they went along and ultimately put you on hold for 5 mins and then disconnect.
Just awful and absolutely horrible.
I have filed a transaction dispute with paypal. I need my money back.
Believe me when I say this company does not deserve a single penny/paisa of your hard earned money.
Do not order anything from them. Try someone else like winni, who have much higher reliability and better ratings.
