NO QUALITY ,WAY MORE EXPENSIVE..

I don’t get the reason why FERNS & PETALS charges so much, despite being so expensive they don’t meet the quality as required.

so few month back before the lockdown I ordered bouquet and a cake(which cost me around 1300 rs) for my parents, it was their 26th anniversary so it had to very special .

I have used FERN & PETALS before also and I never experience anything bad, until now, flowers where all dried up and the cake doesn’t taste good and wasn’t fresh .

It totally spoiled the event, I don’t get the reason why the services has degraded so much .

I hope they work on it and maintain the product quality and services like before.
