Hi, I had my wedding anniversary on 18th April for which I booked a gift combo for my wife with a Fixed Time Delivery for 6:00 PM on 18th. I have a few issues regarding it now:
1) My package was delivered 2 hours late at 8:00 PM. Why charge 200 bucks extra then for fixed time delivery?
2) The items in my package were supposed to be a bouquet, a cake and a teddy bear. Out of which the teddy bear was not delivered. What kind of mistake is that? The delivery guy said he would deliver it in 30 minutes but he never showed up again.
3) I called your Customer Care number of times out of which I was directed to one of your agent "Deepti" two or three times. And each time I got connected to her, she just disconnected the line mentioning that she is not able to hear me, while all other agents can. Now, is that my responsibility if her equipment is all screwed up?
This has been a bad experience for me and ill rethink before ordering from you again. Ill also put in my reviews at Mouthshut and such similar sites.
One of your agent promised me that the management will revert back to me and guess what, I am yet to hear from anyone. Get your act together if you want to be a big company. Without customers, you wont sustain, always remember that.
Also, your complaint form sucks, it isnt working on the site.
