Last June these guys delivered same amount cake in Nasik without making any hassles. Considering same I booked same amount cake for my father in July and that too 2 weeks before.
And what I would have expected? Just a day before the birthday, I got a call in the night at around 10 PM, and the call-centre guy said - "You got to pay more rs 200 as the order is for outside location. There is no option." I had no option, as if he was pressurizing me for doing it but I cancelled the order.
Concern is why last minute call was made, why was it not reflected at the time of placing the order? if they say that Nasik is outside the service-location, why do they have listed it?
