I had always found f n p overpriced, but their quality and reliability made me bear the financial pinch. Their grievance redressal was also ok. Nothing too grand but nothing too poor. But my recent overseas delivery left me feeling very hurt and cheated. A booking made 3 weeks in advance was delivered one week past due date, when I complained on consumer forum. No talks of refund were entertained, even though they charge extra for delivery on a per day basis. Customer support only does lip service. To be avoided
