I have had terrible experience with Ferns N Petals. I had placed order for "Lucky bamboo plant" to be delivered as a gift to my niece. The cost of the product was Rs.2, 449/-. I had made online payment for the same using my debit card. The due date for delivery was 5th May, 2016. When the product did not arrive till the 6th of May I called us the Company. I was informed that the product would arrive in a day or two. Again I waited for two days and tried calling up the Company on 8th and 9th May. But each time I called up I was put on hold till I got frustrated and disconnected the call. Finally, on the 10th of May I succeeded in getting my call through. I was informed that my order was cancelled as the product was not available. I was also informed that my money would be refunded within 20 days.
Friends, I am still waiting for the refund and I have no information as far as the status of refund is concerned. I have never seen any Company function in such an unprofessional manner. This Company seems to be fooling people to get interest free funds from innocent consumers. Please do not order any product from this Company.
