I placed my order with ferns and petals on 2nd august (from UK) to give a rakhi hamper to my brother on the 19th august. Not only did they not deliver it on time, they gave me a bogus Blue Dart airway bill number. I called them from the UK, five times and they have not offered a refund or a re-order..
Not only that, they are still tracing a 500 rs parcel! What about the emotions of people who are away from their loved ones? and want to make them feel special? They ruined my day and they didnt call/ email back.. Is there some way I can take some severe action on this? legal recourse?
I am thoroughly disappointed and I want to show them that they cant make fools of us in this way!
