Paid for good arrangement of roses with silver lining and they only sent few plain roses in bunch which were worth less than half of what I paid for the arrangement.
I contacted them several times by email and phone but they ignored! I escalated the complaint to the people in-charge but they ignored too; first they promised they will take care of it but later ignored. They don’t have any Quality Control. Their name should be FraudsandPissers.com.
