Red lilies delivered instead of yellow

They charge extra for the time that you want. But they didn’t deliver on their committed time. Worst, I had ordered yellow Lillies and they delivered Red ones.(unbelievable)


I ordered a bouquet of Lillies and paid an additional amount for the time slot. Later I receive an email saying a ticket has been raised and now the bouquet will reach the recipient between 11 pm and 12 am.


It’s a very special day and the gift reaching in the middle of the night is as good as not delivered. Ferns and Petals’ customer care number is going into loops and no one is answering. Their Facebook page has a cookie-cutter answer coming from bots.


Upon raising another ticket, I get the same message in my inbox that I received from them earlier. No change in the message at all. They sent a standard automated message irrespective of the query I raised.


Even after paying extra, there is no explanation as to why the bouquet is not reaching on the designated time that I had paid for.


I ordered for the first time and the experience is pretty nasty.
