Has it ever happened with you that you get pathetic service, decide to post a review to warn others about the experience and vendor only to find a truckload of bad reviews about them? If only we’d checked before! Well! Note to self for future.
As mentioned by tons of other customers. this seems to be a pattern with FnP so I won’t waste time and effort on a long review. Suffice to say that I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday through them. I’ve previously always chosen flowers at one of their stores and not been disappointed. But when you order online, you can expect trash! This is possibly where they use the stuff that no one buys in their store so online orders are their dustbins. Or they’re possibly viewing this as a form of CSR - you know recycling old stuff!
I tried to reach out to their customer support before posting this review. In vain. The very concept of customer support was alien to the entire set of people on their team and they seemed rather unfazed when I told them I’d be spreading the word about this experience. It wasn’t till I read other reviews that I realized they’re used to it.
Note that I rated them a 3 on timeliness because I paid for them to deliver by a certain time and they did that job. Their online ordering system is pretty good - wish the product would match!
