I had ordered 2 peacock flower arrangements for my mother on 19th March 2019 to be delivered on 21st March 2019. Total cost was over Rs.9000.
They did not deliver it and then simply sent me a mail asking if it’s ok if they deliver it on the 22nd instead!!!
How is it ok??? I wanted my mother to get it on Navroze!!!
Then I looked up my order on their website and saw that they had just blatantly cancelled the order without even giving me a refund!!!
Pathetic!!!
