I ordered pink Asiatic lilies. When I received white lilies instead of pink I rejected the delivery and did not take the flowers. I tried the customer call center as well raised tickets many times, but got the reply that they won’t refund me the amount.
I did not get flowers, and I lost my money as well. This is a straight way of of cheating.
