I had paid the extra charges for specific time delivery for a cake. The cake was delivered completely damaged, not edible at all.
We tried to reach customer care on the same day, so our arrangements to celebrate the birthday do not go waste, but these people only respond after the day has passed.
To not interrupt with the plans, we had to make alternate arrangements for birthday. This is not a reliable service at all.
