I was trying to send flowers to my mum on her 60th birthday, they took the payment and promised a delivery between 7 and 9 pm. At 10 pm, they are saying that the area is unserviceable area.
Important birthday gift missed and they want to give me a gift card instead of refund. A bunch of incompetent idiots running a scam is all they are.
