On Feb 5th I haordered ( Order No:8927276) for a cake and a boquet of flowers to be delivered in Los Angeles on 14th Feb 2019.
The cake was delivered on time.
The flowers are yet not delivered. No updates on the website if you track the order.
The customer care number is very difficult to get through after which you are put on hold for long and then you have to deal with support staff who has no knowledge to address your query. I have been asked to wait for 24-48 hours to know the status of delivery. What’s the point in informing 2 days from now on a delivery to be made on 14th Feb. Had been a most frustrating experience.
