I want to let you know the pathetic experience I had with ferns and petals . My Order# 20151988. On 19th Nov I placed an order on their malaysian site to deliver cake for my nephew on 21st Nov.
I wanted to make his day special
On 21st Nov till evening when cake didn’t reach I called their customer service and they gave dummy reply. My 3 year old nephew slept without cutting cake on his birthday.It was the saddest day I must say . Ferns and petals customer service sucks .They keep on closing my ticket on 21st to show the ticket is resolved. On 22nd Nov I continue follow up still I didn’t get any reply and they continuously closing the ticket that I was reopening. They charged me around Rs 5000 for a cake and didn;t deliver . I made the birthday of my nephew worst ever.Til today no resolution as they didn’t deliver the cake.

PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM FERNS AND PETALS unless you want to make your occasion a disaster
