I had good experience with FNP.
It was my friend’s birthday and we were in different cities. The day before the b’day, one of my colleague told me about FNP and its Midnight home delivery service. I just called customer care (Head office Delhi) and they took my order (chocolate cake and flowers) on call itself.
I placed the order around 5 pm in evening and the same day they delivered it around 11.45 pm (quite good timing). As I was assured for the best quality by FNP customer care, it met expectations.
Please Note : they may ask you for your debit card number and pin number for "on call" payment, but never give that !! Ask them for the online payment option, where they will send a link to your mail id and then u just have to open it and pay !!!! Please keep this in mind.
