The worst experience I have ever had with any online marketing company.
I ordered a package from ferns and petals, the much respected and the most famous website for sending gifts and cakes. The package had a cake, a bottle of wine and roses, they charged Rs 2199 for the package and Rs 300 extra for midnight delivery which I happily paid buying on the brand ferns and petals has, which turned out to be the biggest mistake I have ever made.
I placed the order on 9th July and even confirmed it on 10th July afternoon about the delivery to be made on 10th midnight. The order was not delivered at the scheduled time and every time I called up the customer care they kept telling me that the delivery boy is out for delivery, they even denied to give me the number of the delivery person. The customer care representatives I talked to during the night(Biswajit and Anil) told me that they will call me back about the status of the order but never received a call back, when I called back and told them that I would like to take it forward with their seniors, I was shocked to hear the response they told me to whatever I want in the morning, was I supposed to get this response from a 24*7 support person? The order is yet not delivered and when I am calling to cancel the order they are disconnecting the line.
These people should understand that delivering cakes maybe just a regular business for them but for the customers this is a special occasion and they should not play with it like this. My friend waited whole night for the cake and gifts but we didn’t receive a single phone call from ferns and petals. It was highly embarrassing for me. They have already spoiled my occasion and now all I want is let the world know so that other people don’t get robbed off their money as well as their trust.
Should we trust on these people who build a brand and then cheat people?
Just to let you know that in today’s world there are a hundred options for the customer, such callous attitude maybe suicidal for a company engaged in serving people.
