We heard a lot about ferns n petals cake delivery and decided to order a cake but was highly disappointed with their service.
Ordered a pineapple cake for a relative’s birthday, since it was a sudden order so I asked them to deliver as early as possible but they didn’t promise anything. Also there was no consideration for customization of athe order. 1/5 on this!
The cake was costly around Rs. 750 for a half kg, they didn’t follow my guidelines for the decoration neither it tasted anything like pineapple cake. The cake sponge wasn’t fresh either. 2/5 for the overall service!
