We ordered a box of Macarons and personalized gift for my niece’s birthday. They allowed us to placed the order but did not deliver it, and later sent the message that they are not delivering due to COVID-19 situation! Are you kidding me? Why even did you allow us to place the order date and give the exact delivery date in the first place! That’s not it- they are not even ready to refund the amount back to our Credit Card- but instead offering gift card for that amount, which I am sure I wont be ordering ever again from their site! STAY away for their scam during this COVID situation!
